If you cannot remember your iLok User ID or password, please visit this iLok Support page: https://www.ilok.com/#!recover and click the green “Click here to reset password” button on the left:
In the next page:
- in the “User ID” field, Enter your User ID
- tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox
- if you are still using the same email address, click the "Send to my email" button on the left
- if you are using a different email address, click the “My email is different now” button on the right:
You will then proceed to your security questions:
Answer your security questions, then click the "Continue" button to proceed to the last step and retrieve your password.
