If your Revoice Pro 4 iLok license is correctly activated on an iLok 2 or iLok 3 USB dongle, or in the iLok Cloud
(and this article will help you check if it really is)
but Revoice Pro 4 still prompts for authorisation at launch, please check for iLok License Manager software updates.
-
Your Activation Code is designed to work only once - it will not be accepted again.
-
An outdated version of iLok License Manager software is the most common cause of authorisation problems with Revoice Pro 4.
Installing the latest version of iLok License Manager software will also update iLok drivers and resolve most issues.
-
To check for available updates, launch iLok License Manager software and follow these steps:
macOS: Go to the iLok License Manager menu and choose Check for Application Updates...
Windows: Go to the Help menu and choose Check for Application Updates...
-
IMPORTANT: if you are running macOS 10.14 Mojave, even if you are already running the latest version of iLok License Manager software, you may need to run the installer again to stop the activation prompts. You can always download the latest iLok License Support installer from www.ilok.com
-
A computer restart is recommended after the installation
