Cubase Pro, up to version 12.0.70 on Windows, does not show the Revoice Pro 5 Link extension in the Extensions menu.
Currently, it is only available in Cubase 13.
Cubase 12.x will require an update before it will be visible.
For now, the non-ARA VST3 must be used as an insert in Cubase 12.x
