Here's how to cancel your trial:
- Go to Your Synchro Arts Account Settings: Log into your Synchro Arts account and navigate directly to the settings page: https://app.synchroarts.com/settings
- Navigate to Plans & Billing: Within your account settings, find and click on the "Plans & Billing" section.
- Manage Your Subscription: Look for the "Subscription" area. You should see your active trial listed (e.g., "Synchro Arts - Artist"). Click the "Manage" button or link associated with it.
- Enter LANDR Billing Management: Clicking "Manage" will securely redirect you to the LANDR platform, which handles Synchro Arts' subscription billing.
- Locate Your Trial Subscription: Within the LANDR billing portal, find the subscription box labeled "Synchro Arts - Artist" (or similar, corresponding to your trial). It should indicate "Trial" status, often in the top right corner of its section.
- Select "Manage" Again: Click the "Manage" button within that specific subscription box.
