If you've started a Synchro Arts 3-day free trial and decided not to continue with a paid subscription, you need to cancel it before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. The process involves accessing your account settings, which will redirect you to our partner LANDR's system for billing management.
Here's how to cancel your trial:

Go to Your Synchro Arts Account Settings: Log into your Synchro Arts account and click the circle containing your initials or profile picture in the top right corner.
Head to the Accounts & Plans submenu, and choose Plans & Credits. -
Manage Your Subscription: Look for the "My plans" area. You should see your active trial listed (e.g., "Synchro Arts - Artist"). Click the "Manage" button associated with it.
- Click the Cancel Plan button (activate plan will convert to a paid subscription instead.)
- Your trial will remain active until it expires, with that date now listed in the plan details.
The Cancel button will no longer appear in the Manage popup after this, since the cancellation is already set.
Remember to perform these steps before your 3-day trial period expires to prevent automatic billing.
