Head to your Account Settings page, accessible from the Menu in the top right corner of the website.
There, navigate to the Plans & Billing tab:
In the Plans & Billing tab, you will have two options available, leading to their own billing portals - Subscriptions are managed by LANDR/MusicPay, where perpetual licenses are managed by Synchro Arts.
- To manage (e.g. cancel) any existing subscriptions or trials, click on the Manage button instead, which will take you to landr.com's Plans & Credits settings page.
Subscription
The Subscription Billing button will take you to the MusicPay Stripe billing portal.
On the righthand side of that billing portal page, you can see information about your Current Subscriptions, your Payment Methods, and at the bottom, a list of your Subscription invoices under Invoice History.
Click on any of the listed Invoices to view more detailed information.
This includes the ability to view the invoice with the "View invoice and payment details" link, and the ability to download both the Invoice and your Receipt as PDF files.
Perpetual License Purchase
The Perpetual License Purchase Billing button will take you to the Synchro Arts Stripe billing portal.
The righthand side of the Perpetual License Purchase billing portal includes your saved Payment Methods, and a list of your Invoices under Invoice History.
Click on any of the listed Invoices to view more detailed information.
This includes the ability to view the invoice with the "View invoice and payment details" link, and the ability to download both the Invoice and your Receipt as PDF files.
Note that these billing portals have only been in place since late April 2024, and only apply to purchases made on the new website that launched at that time.
If you require an invoice for an older purchase (of e.g. a legacy iLok redemption code,) please reach out to support with the email address or invoice number.
These older invoices were mailed out at the time of purchase, so please check your email inbox in case you still have them.
