What are upgrades and crossgrades, and how do they work for Synchro Arts products?
Upgrades and Crossgrades are special offers for existing owners of any current Synchro Arts product, granting them a discounted price when purchasing another product.
Users who own any current Synchro Arts product are eligible for a crossgrade discount (to a different product) of 33%, or an upgrade discount (a newer product in the same line) of 50%.
Here are the upgrade paths for Synchro Arts products:
- VocAlign 6 - Upgradable from VocALign Project 3, VocAlign Project 5, VocALign Pro 4, and Vocalign Ultra
- RePitch Standard: Upgradable from RePitch Elements
- Revoice Pro 5: Upgradable from Revoice Pro 4 or Revoice Pro 3
Is there any important information I need to know before upgrading or crossgrading?
You must possess a valid license for the product you intend to upgrade or crossgrade to. This means having a legitimate license for the previous version of the product before proceeding with the upgrade or crossgrade process.
To receive upgrade or crossgrade pricing for older iLok licenses, please be sure to link your existing iLok account that contains all your Synchro Arts products.
- Note that older products like VocAlign Project 3, VocAlign Pro 4, and Revoice Pro 4 won't appear on the new Plugins page (they can be found in our legacy installers article) but will still unlock upgrade and crossgrade pricing.
This can be done either in My Products or in Account Settings.
My Plugins
1. Click on Connect your iLok Account
2. Enter the iLok ID associated with existing valid Synchro Arts products
3. Once inputted be sure a successful connection has been established
4. Go to My Plugins to see upgrade and Crossgrade Pricing under More Plugins
Account Settings
1. Go to Manage Account
2. Click on the iLok ID Tab and then click on Connect my iLok Account
3. Enter the iLok ID associated with existing valid Synchro Arts products
4. Once inputted be sure a successful connection has been established
5. Go to My Plugins to see upgrade and Crossgrade Pricing under More Plugins
