- This article describes activating software purchased from Synchro Arts directly or from redeeming an SA-XXXXX-XXXXX formatted 3rd party Redemption code after April 23rd, 2024.
- If you're not sure which type of code you have, please consult this article:

Step 1
Copy your license code from your plugins page
You may need to redeem a code, and/or click a "Show Code" button before you can see your license.
Step 2
If needed, download the latest version of your software with the purple macOS or Windows installer buttons found in that same product entry, open the installer, and follow its' instructions.
Step 3
Open your Digital Audio Workstation of choice and load your newly installed plugin, or open the Revoice Pro Standalone App.
(If you're using VocAlign or Revoice Pro in Pro Tools, please see this article)
Step 5
Paste in your license code when prompted and click ‘Activate’
Step 6
Your product is now activated! Click on "Get Started" to start using your software.
Deactivations can be performed from the plugins page if needed.
If you're receiving errors instead of "license activated", please check that:
- You're entering the 36 numbers and letter code found on your plugins page, formatted as XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
- You're connected to the internet
If you see an error message that comes with a C## error code, it may be one of the following:
- C47, a system clock issue
In some rare cases, you may not be able to see your product on the plugins page due to network/connection issues.
If the page appears mostly blank (e.g. nothing under "my plugins" or "more plugins" which should display software you don't own) please try:
- temporarily disabling ad/content blocking extensions which might be interfering with the website.
- switching browsers
- switching devices (e.g. trying your phone)
- switching internet connections (e.g. mobile data instead of your local wifi)
