This article describes how to redeem codes typically purchased from 3rd party retailers after April 23rd 2024.

Redemption eligibility
There are 3 types of redemption codes that can be purchased from 3rd party stores.
- New License: Can be redeemed without any requirements.
- Upgrade: Can only be redeemed if you have a license for an older/lower product in the same product line (Like moving from VocAlign Ultra to VocAlign 6 Pro, or from RePitch Elements to RePitch Standard.)
- Crossgrade: Can only be redeemed if you have a license for a product in a different product line (You can use a VocAlign Crossgrade code if you already have RePitch or Revoice Pro.)

How to Redeem your code
Step 1
Copy your redeem code (SA-XXXXX-XXXXX)
Step 2
Go to redeem.synchroarts.com which may ask you to Log In — Sign Up using the link at the bottom if you don't already have an account.
Step 3
Once logged in, you will be prompted to redeem your code:
If you don't see a prompt, click the "Use redeem code" button near the top right corner of the Plugins page.
Step 4
Paste your redeem code and click ‘Redeem’
Step 5
Success! Your product will now show up in your Synchro Arts account under "My Plugins"

Step 6
Click the Show code button on the righthand side of your new product entry to reveal your license.
Step 7
Your newly revealed licence code can be entered directly into your software when it is loaded — no external app needed — either in the plugin in your digital audio workstation for RePitch or VocAlign, or in the standalone app for Revoice Pro.

In some rare cases, code redemption may not work due to network/connection issues.
If your redemption code has never been used, but it isn't being accepted in the redeem popup, try using a different device or internet connection (e.g. your phone, mobile data.)
