Most new licenses obtained after April 23rd 2024 are not iLok licenses, but use a new system for authorization.
Some 3rd party retailers sold remaining stock of the old iLok license-type after that date.
Software released after that date (e.g. VocAlign 6 Standard and Pro) will only ever use the new license type.
The new licenses cannot be redeemed/transferred into an iLok account.

- Legacy PACE / iLok activation code
(30 number only code, as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX)
- Synchro Arts Redemption code
(SA-XXXXX-XXXXX, adds a New activation code to your account.)
- LANDR Redemption code
(LANDR-XXXXX-XXXXX, entered on the landr.com plugins page instead.)
If you purchased a license to a Synchro Arts product from us directly, it will come as a 36 number/letter license code that is automatically added to your account on purchase.
If you recently purchased a license from a 3rd party retailer, you will receive a Redemption code for one of these new licenses instead.
How to redeem a code:
Step 1
Copy your redeem code (SA-XXXXX-XXXXX)
Step 2
Go to redeem.synchroarts.com which may ask you to Log In — Sign Up using the link at the bottom if you don't already have an account.
Step 3
Once logged in, you will be prompted to redeem your code:
If you don't see a prompt, click the "Use redeem code" button near the top right corner of the Plugins page.
Step 4
Paste your redeem code and click ‘Redeem’
Step 5
Success! Your product will now show up in your Synchro Arts account.
Step 6
Click on your new product entry to head to its' detail page, or the Install button on the righthand side to open a popup with licenses and download links.
In the License entry on the detail page or in the popup, click the Show Code button to reveal your new license:

Your newly revealed licence code can be entered directly into your software when it is loaded — no external app needed — either in the plugin in your digital audio workstation for RePitch or VocAlign, or in the standalone app for Revoice Pro.

(Legacy) If you purchased a license to a Synchro Arts product and received an iLok / PACE license code (30 digits / numbers only) please follow these steps:

If you haven't done so
- Create an account on www.ilok.com,
- Download and install the latest iLok License Manager from www.ilok.com and install it.
- Run the iLok License Manager application and sign in to your account.

Go to the 'Redeem Activation Code' window in the License Manager

A. Enter your Activation Code where instructed. Your iLok Licence
will then be delivered to the License Manager.

B. Select your activation location preferably in your iLok Account.

C. Once redeemed check your Available Tab to see the Synchro Arts
product that can be activated to either your associated iLok Dongle
or Cloud Session.

D. Right click on deposited Synchro Arts product and click activate.

E. Select preferred method of activation - note that iLok Cloud sessions
require an active internet connection.

A. Enter your Activation Code where instructed. Your iLok Licence
will then be delivered to the License Manager.

Connect your iLok ID (the login ID) to your Synchro Arts account to reveal
download links on your
Plugins page.
