If you have received an invalid license key error, please follow one of the three following paths:
- Legacy PACE / iLok activation code (30 number only code, as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX)
- New activation code (36 numbers and letters, as XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX)
- Synchro Arts Redemption code (SA-XXXXX-XXXXX)
If you purchased a license to a Synchro Arts product and received an iLok / PACE license code please follow these steps:
- If you haven't done so
- Create an account on www.ilok.com,
- Download and install the latest iLok License Manager from www.ilok.com and install it.
- Run your iLok License Manager and sign in to your account.
- Go to the 'Redeem Activation Code' window in the License Manager
- A. Enter your Activation Code where instructed. Your iLok Licence will then be delivered to the License Manager.
- B. Select your activation location preferably in your iLok Account.
- C. Once redeemed check your Available Tab to see the Synchro Arts product that can be activated to either your associated iLok Dongle or Cloud Session.
- D. Right click on deposited Synchro Arts product and click activate.
- E. Select preferred method of activation - note that iLok Cloud sessions require an active internet connection.
- A. Enter your Activation Code where instructed. Your iLok Licence will then be delivered to the License Manager.
- If you haven't done so already, download any of the Synchro Arts product software versions for your DAWs and Operating Systems: Download here
- Connect your iLok ID (the login ID) to your Synchro Arts account to reveal download links on your Products page.

If you purchased a license to a Synchro Arts product through the new website and received a 36 letter/digit license please follow these steps:
- Login to your account using app.synchroarts.com
- Once logged in, click on the Products tab to see your current Synchro Arts products.
- Make sure you have revealed your license key under the product that shows up under “My products”.
- Copy license code and paste into the prompt shown in your DAW.
