If an iLok license was redeemed, or an iLok license upgrade performed, after your iLok ID was connected to your Synchro Arts account, the iLok connection will need to be refreshed.
This can be done from the iLok ID tab in your account settings, with the Refresh button to the right of your ID.

If your products do not show up right away, please wait a minute then refresh, or clear your browser's cache and reload the Plugins page.
Note that VocAlign Project 3, VocAlign Pro 4, and Revoice Pro 4 will not show up on the Plugins page even with a valid iLok ID connected.
