Synchro Arts did not have user accounts before April 23rd, 2024, and purchases made before this date would not have created an account in the new system.
synchroarts.com did previously have a support login, though it is separate and support credentials will not work to log you in to the new main website.
The new synchroarts.com shares a login with landr.com , so there are a few possibilities:
1) You do not have a Synchro Arts / LANDR account.
In this case, password reset emails will not come, as there is no account to reset a password for.
Instead, you will need to make a new account.
You can do this by heading to Synchroarts.com , clicking the My Account button in the top right corner, then the Sign Up button underneath the login form if needed (please make sure you're not using the login form instead.)

2) You may have made an account using one of the Single Sign On options (Google, Facebook, or Apple.)
If one of these options was used to create your account, the email / password form will not work, and the appropriate button needs to be clicked instead.
3) You have an older and inactive LANDR account, but can't log in on synchroarts.com / are not receiving reset emails when requested.
Please log in or reset your password from landr.com instead, and check if this resolves the issue on synchroarts.com

If you have any existing iLok licenses from before April 23rd 2024, once you have a login, your iLok ID can be connected from the Plugins page, or the iLok ID tab on the Account Settings page.
- Note that this is the iLok login ID, and not the email address associated with the ID or USB key identifier / license code.
Connecting your iLok ID will provide downloads for legacy iLok-based licenses found in your ID like VocAlign Project 5, VocAlign Ultra, RePitch Standard and Elements, and Revoice Pro 5.
The iLok connection will also unlock eligible upgrade and crossgrade pricing.
Depending on site traffic and iLok response times, there may be a short delay before these appear. In that case, please wait a few minutes and refresh, or clear your browser's cache and reload.
