Occasionally, some users report that their plugins do not appear in their SynchroArts account dashboard.
Below are the most common reasons and ways to resolve them.
1. Logging in with the Wrong Email or Account
Sometimes, users accidentally log in with an email address that’s different from the one under which their products are registered.
-
Solution:
- Double-check the email address associated with your SynchroArts purchases.
- If you are unsure which email is the correct one, search your inbox for your license receipt or license activation email.
2. Single Sign-On (SSO) vs. Direct Email
If you have ever used Single Sign-On (SSO) through Apple, Google, or Facebook to create your account, you may end up with more than one SynchroArts account.
-
Example (Apple ‘Hide My Email’):
- Apple generates a “proxy” email address to help protect your primary email.
- If you used this proxy email when first creating your SynchroArts account, you may be logged in under a different account when using your regular email.
- It’s important to confirm which email address is tied to your existing licenses. If necessary, log into your Apple ID settings to check which email is being used as the SSO login.

3. Browser Extensions or Ad/Script Blocking Browsers
Some browsers (like Brave) or certain browser extensions block scripts and cookies which may be necessary for our site to display your products correctly.
-
Solution:
- Temporarily disable script/ad-blocking or try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Refresh the page or log out and then log in again.
4. ISP or Website Blocking Issue
A small minority of users have found that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) or certain network settings block elements of how our website loads. Consequently, the plugins do not display in the user’s dashboard.
- Solution: If you suspect this is happening, please contact support. We can provide a direct download link only for the specific plugin you need, as long as we can verify you own it.
Getting Direct Downloads
If none of the above solutions resolve the issue, or you urgently need access to your plugin, please contact support. We can provide a direct download for the plugin you already own, as verified by your account or purchase history.
If you’re looking for older versions of our software, we do maintain a selection of publicly available Legacy Installers for certain products. However, these downloads are primarily for legacy products and specific older operating systems. If you need a different plugin or version not listed, please contact support and we can assist you on a case-by-case basis.
