On occasion, Studio One Professional software may not recognise newly installed plug-ins.
This procedure will force Studio One Professional to rescan the installed plug-ins.
Please try the following steps:
Windows
- Exit Studio One Professional software (if it is running)
- Open a Windows Explorer window
- In the address bar, type: %AppData%
- Open the PreSonus folder
- Open the Studio One 4 or Studio One 5 folder (as applicable)
- Open the x64 folder
- Delete Plugins-en.settings
- Launch Studio One Professional again
macOS
- Exit Studio One Professional software (if it is running)
- switch to the Finder
- in the Finder, go to the Go menu and choose Go to Folder…
- copy this address exactly as it is: ~/Library/ Application Support/Presonus Software
- in the Go to the folder: window that will open, paste: ~/Library/ Application Support/Presonus Software
- in the Presonus Software folder, open the Studio One 4 or Studio One 5 folder (as appropriate)
- in the Studio One 4 or Studio One 5 folder, open the x64 folder
- in the x64 folder, delete Plugins-en.settings
- Launch Studio One Professional again
