When rendering aligned audio with VocAlign Ultra or VocAlign Project 5, if a new clip is created and added to the Clip list, but does not replace your original clip, make sure USE IN PLAYLIST is activated at the top of the AudioSuite plug-in window; the button should turn blue, as shown below:
