Logic Pro may show an "Incompatible Audio Units found." error if you have an iLok-only Synchro Arts plugin installed, but do not have a valid license available for it.
To resolve this, make sure to activate your iLok license(s) as necessary using the iLok License Manager app.
Once you have valid iLok license activations in place, you may also need to reset your plugins that failed validation in Logic Pro's Plug-In Manager, by clicking on them to select them, then clicking the Reset & Rescan Selection button, as shown in this image for VocAlign Project 5:
