If you cannot remember your iLok User ID, please visit this iLok Support page: https://www.ilok.com/#!recover and click the green “Click here to recover User ID” button on the right:
In the following window:
- enter the email address that was used to create your iLok account
- tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox
Your User ID (or IDs, if you registered more than one using the same email address) will be sent to that email address.
