Guest Cloud means that you are using licenses that are registered to a different iLok account than the one you are signed in to. You are using these licenses but, if you want to manage them, i.e. deactivate them or move them to a different activation destination, you need to sign in to the iLok account where the licenses are registered - this will give you full license management rights.
