Please sign in to your iLok account in this page and follow the instructions on screen to report your iLok as broken, lost or stolen and obtain an RMA number from iLok Support.
A broken iLok needs to be sent to iLok Support, so that they can recover your licenses from it and deposit replacement licenses in your account.
For a lost or stolen iLok, please send us the RMA number and we will replace the relevant licenses for you.
Please note: we will only deposit replacement licenses in the iLok account where they are registered.
