If you are certain that your iLok license is valid and activated on your iLok USB key, please try these three steps:
1. Check for available updates for iLok License Manager software
macOS: Go to the iLok License Manager menu and choose Check for Application Updates...
Windows: Go to the Help menu and choose Check for Application Updates...
If an update is available, please accept the onscreen prompts to download it and install it.
2. Once you are certain that the latest version of iLok License Manager is running, disconnect your iLok USB key and reconnect it to an available USB port on your computer again.
3. Synchronize your iLok USB key: right-click on it in the “Local” list on the left hand side of the iLok License Manager window and choose Synchronize:
