The key combination Ctrl + Shift used in Revoice Pro 4 to start drag and drop is not available in Revoice Pro 5, because it is used for pan and zoom.
However in RVP 5 Ctrl + Shift is used for pan - which means drag and drop is not available.
We are working on an update to resolve this as soon as possible.
