iLok redemption codes are 30 number codes formatted as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX.
You may have one of these if you
- Purchased one from us before April 23rd 2024 and have not yet redeemed it
- Purchased remaining stock of one of these legacy licenses from a 3rd party on any date.
If you do not have a 30-number iLok redemption code, please see this article for the other possibl code types.
Step 1
Redeem and activate the iLok license using the iLok License Manager application (free registration here if you do not yet have an iLok account)
Step 2
Sign up / login to your Synchro Arts account & connect your iLok User ID
(see here for login help)
Step 3
Your Synchro Arts product(s) will appear in the My products section – from there, download the installer(s)
Step 4
Run the Synchro Arts plugin(s) in your DAW
If an iLok license was redeemed, or an iLok license upgrade performed, after your iLok ID was connected to your Synchro Arts account, the iLok connection will need to be refreshed.
This can be done from the iLok ID tab in your account settings, with the Refresh button to the right of your ID.

If your products do not show up right away, please clear your browser's cache and reload the Products page.
Note that VocAlign Project 3, VocAlign Pro 4, and Revoice Pro 4 will not show up on the Products page even with a valid iLok ID connected.
