If you have ordered from our store and have not received an email containing your iLok Activation Code, please:
- Check that the email address you gave us is correct. If not, please contact us.
- Check your email SPAM, JUNK, CLUTTER and INBOX folders for an email from synchroarts.com that contains the information you need.
- If you do not find an email with your iLok Activation Code, contact us, and we will resend your information. Make sure you include your Order Reference.
